COMMISSIONING

This guide only describes the commissioning using a Somfy io local control point as Situo io. For
commissioning using other io control point, refer to the corresponding manual.

5.1. Identifying setting steps already completed

Only one motor can be powered at a time.
Switch the power on and follow process "a" or "b" depending
on the roller shutter reaction:
The roller shutter makes a brief movement
a
The end limits have been set and no Somfy io control
point has been programmed:
1) Simultaneously press the Up and Down buttons of the
new control point (H) until the roller shutter moves.
2) Briefly press the PROG button on this control point (H):
the roller shutter makes a brief movement; the control point
is programmed.
or
The roller shutter does not move
b
Press the Up or Down button and follow process "b1" or
"b2" depending on the roller shutter's reaction:
The roller shutter still does not move
b1
The end limits have not been set and no Somfy io
control point has been programmed.
Go to chapter "Pre-programming of the Somfy io
local control point".
or
b2
The roller shutter goes fully up or fully down
completely
The end limits have been set and the Somfy io
control point has been programmed.
Go to chapter "Use".
5.2. Pre-programming of the Somfy io local
control point
Simultaneously press the Up and Down buttons: the roller
shutter makes a brief movement; the Somfy io local control
point has been preprogrammed in the motor.
