Certificazione ATEX
I riduttori del presente catalogo, designati "ATEX",
sono progettati e realizzati in conformità alla:
Direttiva ATEX 94/9/CE
Con impiego secondo le istruzioni riportate nel
Manuale Atex ISTRUZIONI PER INSTALLAZIONE
ED USO (allegato ai prodotti forniti) i riduttori ATEX
MOTOVARIO possono essere impiegati in uno dei
seguenti ambienti:
Gruppo II
Categoria 2G e 2D
Zona 1/21 per gas e polveri (gruppo gas IIB),
con i seguenti metodi di protezione:
Protezione contro l'accensione:
EN13463-5 (c) sicurezza costruttiva
EN13463-8 (k) immersione in liquidi
Gruppo II
Categoria 3G e 3D
Zona 2/22 per gas e polveri
Protezione contro l'accensione:
EN13463-5 (c) sicurezza costruttiva
La temperatura ambiente prevista dall'applicazione
deve essere compresa tra -20 e + 40 °C (*).
I prodotti certificati per impiego in Zona 1/21 possono
essere impiegati anche in Zona 2/22.
Per individuare l'ambiente cui è limitata la certifi-
cazione Atex dello specifico riduttore, consultare le
Tabelle Prestazioni Atex.
I gruppi così classificati sono fabbricati e marcati per
essere conformi alle norme contenute nella Direttiva
ATEX 94/9/CE.
USI NON CONSENTITI
è vietato utilizzare il riduttore:
- in un'area con categoria di apparecchiature I
(miniere soggette a rischi derivanti da grisù);
- in una Zona classificata come più gravosa di
quanto marcato in etichetta prodotto;
- a temperatuta ambiente che non rispetti i limiti
previsti (*);
- in condizioni (P1, n1, M2) che, anche singolar-
mente, eccedano i valori riportati nelle Tabelle
Prestazioni Atex.

ATEX Certification
The gear reducers described in this catalogue,
defined as "ATEX", were designed and manufactured
in compliance with:
Directive ATEX 94/9/CE
If used by following the instructions set forth in the
INSTALLATION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS Atex
Manual (provided as an attachment to the supplied
products), ATEX MOTOVARIO gear reducers can be
used in one of the following environments:
Group II
Category 2G and 2D
Zone 1/21 for gases and dusts (gas group
IIB) with the following protection methods:
Protection against ignition:
EN13463-5 (c) constructional safety
EN13463-8 (k) liquid immersion
Group II
Category 3G and 3D
Zone 2/22 for gases and dusts
Protection against ignition:
EN13463-5 (c) constructional safety
The room temperature envisaged for the application
must range between -20 and + 40 °C (*).
The products certified for use in Zone 1/21 can be
used also in Zone 2/22.
To identify the environment inside which the Atex
certification of the special gear reducer is limited,
refer to Atex Performance Tables.
The classified units are manufactured and marked to
comply with the provisions of Directive ATEX 94/9/CE.
UNINTENDED USE
It is strictly forbidden to use the gear reducer:
- inside an area with equipment category I (mines
likely to become endangered by firedamp);
- inside an Area classified as more severe than
specified on product label;
- at a room temperature not falling within the speci-
fied limits (*);
- under conditions (P1, n1, M2) that, even indivi-
dually, exceed the values specified inside Atex
Performance Tables.

Les réducteurs du catalogue désignés « ATEX » sont
conçus et réalisés conformément à la:

Utilisation selon les indications du Manuel Atex
INSTRUCTIONS POUR L'INSTALLATION ET L'UTI-
LISATION (joint aux produits fournis) les réducteurs
ATEX MOTOVARIO peuvent être utilisés dans un
des milieux suivants:
Groupe II
Catégories 2G et 2D
Zone 1/21 pour gaz et poussières (groupe
gaz IIB), avec les protections suivantes:
Protection contre l'inflamation par:
EN13463-5 (c) sécurité de construction
EN13463-8 (k) immersion dans un liquide
Groupe II
Catégories 3G et 3D
Zone 2/22 pour gaz et poussières
Protection contre l'inflamation par:
EN13463-5 (c) sécurité de construction
La température ambiante prévue par l'application doit
être comprise entre -20 et + 40 °C (*).
Les produits certifiés pour Zone 1/21 peuvent être
aussi utilisés en Zone 2/22.
Pour déterminer le milieu auquel la certification Atex
du réducteur spécifique est limitée, consulter les
Tableaux Performances Atex.
Les groupes ainsi classifiés sont fabriqués et
marqués pour être conformes aux normes contenues
dans la Directive ATEX 94/9/CE.
EMPLOIS NON AUTORISÉS
Il est formellement interdit d'utiliser le réducteur :
- dans une zone avec catégorie d'appareillages
I (minières exposées à des risques dérivant de
grisou);
- dans une zone classifiée comme étant plus critique
par rapport à l'indication de l'étiquette produit;
- à une température ambiante hors plage de valeurs
prévues (*);
- dans des conditions (P1, n1, M2) qui dépassent les
valeurs indiquées dans les Tableaux Performances
Atex, même individuellement.
