Risk of injury:
Engage the parking brake, remove
the ignition key and keep it in a safe
place before folding up the engine
cover.
The following points should be
observed when folding up the engine
cover.
● Park the machine on level and solid
ground.
● Stop the engine. ( 11.3)
● Remove the ignition key and keep it in a
safe place.
● Engage the parking brake. (
● Remove the grass catcher box.

● Remove the discharge chute. (
● Allow the engine to fully cool down.
● Remove the mowing deck. (
Detaching the engine cover:
Danger of pinching:
Before detaching the cutting height
adjustment rod, ensure that no
body parts (hands, fingers, feet,
etc.) are positioned directly under

the mowing deck.

Remove the retaining pin (1) on the right-
hand side of the rear mowing deck
mounting (4).
Detach the cutting height adjustment rod
(3) from the rear mowing deck mounting
(4).
Unscrew and remove screws (5).
Safeguard against loss.
The screws cannot be removed
when unscrewed.
Folding up the engine cover:
Risk of injury:
Always fold the engine cover up
fully to the stop so that the catch
engages in the frame. This
prevents the engine cover from
falling shut unintentionally.
