The unit may be damaged by solvents and aggressive cleaning agents.
If aggressive chemicals are used, the RMC-Zylinder may be damaged or its life may be
shortened.
Never use solvents or strong detergents.
Water must not be allowed to enter the cylinder body!
If water gets in it will damage the cylinder by destroying the lubricant and the seals. If there
is a risk of standing water, the cylinder must be installed with the shuttle downwards.
Never hose down the cylinder with water.
Always keep the cylinder pressurised if water or water mist are present.
Make sure that water and water mist cannot enter via the compressed air connections.

The RMC-Zylinder is maintenance-free, if used within its technical
specifications, and does not normally require any particular
service or maintenance.

Use only a little water or mild detergent.

The RMC-Zylinder is normally maintenance-free.
