4. Small metal part protection
If small iron metal parts with a diameter of less than 80 mm are detected on the
hotplate, the appliance cannot be switched on.
5. Suitable pans
The appliance detects automatically if the used saucepan is suitable for induc-
tion cooking or not. If the saucepan is not suitable, a buzzer sound will be heard
to alert you until an appropriate saucepan is put on the hotplate (fault E 0).

CLEANING AND CARE

1.
Do not immerse the appliance into water or any other liquid for cleaning.
2.
Wipe the surface and the housing with a damp cloth.
3.
Do not use any strong or abrasive cleansers or sponges.
4.
Do not pour water or any other liquid on the hotplate.
5.
If necessary you can use a cleanser or scraper for ceran glass cookers.
6.
Please clean the ventilation slots regularly with a soft brush to prevent dust
deposits.

Only use cookware approved for in-
duction cooking with a diameter of at
least 12 cm and max. 20 cm,
Place the cookware in the middle of
the respective cooking plate.
