Completing the painting operation
■ Move the trigger [1-11] to the start position.
■ When you are finished painting, stop the spray air and empty the gravity
flow cup [1-16]. Read and follow the information on care and storage
(see 9).

Maintenance and Repair
Warning!
Risk of injury from sudden component separation or escaping
material.
If the compressed air circuit supply is not disconnected before perform-
ing maintenance work, components can detach and/or material escape
unexpectedly.
→ Disconnect the paint spray gun from the compressed air circuit before
performing any maintenance work.
Warning!
Risk of injury from sharp edges
When performing assembly work on the nozzle set, there is a risk of
injury from sharp edges.
→ Wear work gloves.
→ Always use the SATA extraction tool pointing away from your body.
The chapter below describes the maintenance and repair of the
paint spray gun. Maintenance and repair work may only be carried
out by trained experts.
■ Stop the flow of compressed air to the compressed air connection [1-8]
prior to performing any maintenance or repair work.
Replacement parts are available for repair work (see Chap. 14).
8.1. Replacing the nozzle set
Notice!
Damage due to incorrect assembly
The paint nozzle and paint needle can become damaged if they are
assembled in the wrong order.
→ It is essential that you adhere to the correct order of assembly. Never
screw in the paint nozzle against a paint needle that is engaged.
