SWITCHING THE OVEN ON AND OFF

Important
At first switch-on, preheat as appropriate.
1-Turn on the gas supply tap.
2 - Press the knob (A) and turn it anti-clockwise
(pos. 1) while at the same time pressing the pi-
ezoelectric ignition knob (B) repeatedly to light
the pilot light.
3 - Keep the knob pressed for about 15 sec. to
prime the thermocouple.
The pilot light can also be lit by hand through
the hatch (C).
4 - Turn the knob anti-clockwise (pos. 2) to be-
tween the minimu m and maximum temp era-
ture and wait for the warm-up time before
using the oven (see table).

Turning off
1-Turn the kno b clockwise (pos. 3) to turn the
burner off.
The pilot light will remain on to allow the burner
to be re-lit.

LENGTHY DOWNTIMES OF APPLIANCE

If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy pe-
riod, proceed as follows.
1-Turn off the gas supply tap.
2 - Clean the appliance and the surrounding areas
thoroughly.

ing rules should be adopted.
– Use only the accessories r ecommended by the
manufacturer.
– Take care not to scratch or chip the surface of the
plate, to ensure maintenance of its characteris-
tics and hygienic cooking.
