TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Gas burner compliant with European standard EN676
• Two-stage progressive output operation.
• Ability to operate with output modulation by means of automatic
RWF40 regulator mounted on the control panel (to be ordered
separately with the modulation kit).
• Suitable for operation with any type of combustion chamber,
according to standard EN 303.
• Exhaust gas recycling blast-pipe able to achieve very low pollutant
emissions, particularly with regard to nitrous oxides (NOx) (class II
according to EN 676 norm).
• Ability to obtain optimal combustion values by regulating combu-
stion air and blast-pipe.
• Hinge opening on both sides for easy access to the combustion
head when burner is installed.
• Minimum and maximum air flow regulation for first and second
stage by means of electric servomotor with pause closure of gate
to prevent any heat dispersion to flue.
• Valves tightness control device compliant with European standard
EN676.

BURNER CONNECTION TO THE BOILER

ASSEMBLING THE HEAD UNIT
The combustion head is packaged separately from the body of the
burner.
Anchor the head unit to the boiler door as follows:
A) Position the insulating seals on the sleeve (B).
B) Anchor the flange of the head unit (A) to the boiler (C) with the
stud bolts, washers and nuts provided (D).
Seal the space between the burner sleeve and the hold on

the refractory material inside the boiler door completely
with suitable material.
ASSEMBLING VENTILATING UNIT
Position the hinge pin (E) on the burner boil aligned with the lower
half of the hinge (F), and insert it in the hole
Insert the upper half of the hinge (G) in the pin (E) and anchor it to
the sleeve with the two screws and the washer provided (H).
After aligning the holes in the head unit with the ventilating body with
the screw and lock nut (M), screw in the 4 screws with their washers
(N) to anchor the head unit onto the ventilating unit.
