PROBLEM
The pump does not prime
The pump fails to reach the
maximum pressure
The pump reaches a pressure that
is too high
No pressure in the oil circuit
MAIN MALFUNCTIONS
- mains valve closed or there is no water
- water supply is insufficient
- water leaking from the supply circuit
- water level in the tank is low
- water leaking from the couplings and throttles in the pipes
- water filter dirty or clogged
- air intake
- suction valve at the head faulty or blocked
- regulating valve faulty
- water leaking from the safety valve
- faulty gauge
- rpm problems
- nozzles too big or worn
- the nozzles chosen are not the right ones
- the nozzles are obstructed
- motor speed over 1800 revs
- oil filter is dirty or clogged
- oil pump is faulty
- oil level is low
- the oil does not comply with the HPP specification
- air entering the oil pump suction valve
- piston guide is worn
