Check correct alignment of the pump-motor coupling
Check tightness of the self-centring joint
Substitute the "gasket kits" to ensure that the equipment works well:
• beforehand every 200 hours on UAP pump models
• beforehand every 500 hours on SAP pump models
• straight after leaks are found on MAP pump models.
The pressure regulator bolts/stud bolts must be replaced every 1000 hours or once a year
The head bolts/stud bolts must be replaced every 10 tightenings
The liner bolts/stud bolts must be replaced every 10 tightenings
Clean the magnetic plug each time the oil is changed – see specifications
