8.1.3 ERROR 31 POSITION FAIL
The column indicated as the Master signals this type of error when it detects a lift column has sent very different heights to two
subsequent drives which are not compatible with the maximum mechanical speeds of the columns.
Switch off and back on all the columns, select LAST CONFIG and check the height on the display is equal to that measured between
the base of the trolley and the ground.
Bring all the columns to the ground, checking maximum misalignment between the columns on the lift are 40mm. Check all the lift
functionalities. If further malfunctions appear, contact the technical service.
.
8.1.4 ERROR 32 ALIGNMENT FAIL
This error appears when the column detects it was not able to respect correct alignment with the other columns on the lift.
Possible causes could be all those indicated in chapter chapter 8.1.1.1 therefore refer to that chapter.
8.1.5 ERROR 33 ALIGNMENT FAIL
This error appears when the master column detects one of the columns on the lift did not respect correct alignment with the other
columns on the lift.
Possible causes could be all those indicated in chapter chapter 8.1.1.1 therefore refer to that chapter.
8.1.6 ERROR 2 BATTERYFAIL STOP
This type of signal appears when the column batteries are excessively low and do not permit further lifting of vehicles unless rechar-
ged; this protects the batteries from excessive discharge and does not allow their subsequent use and to guarantee functionality
of the lift according to the specifications declared. The lift only allows movement in overall or single descent.
When the entire lift is on the ground, you cannot proceed to subsequent lifting until the batteries are
recharged. If the message also appears having correctly recharged the batteries (10-12 hours) you need to check:
- The battery charger is correctly connected to the electrical mains and the batteries;
- The battery charger is working, checking during the loading phase the voltage level of the batteries: at the end of the recharging
cycle the voltage on the two batteries must be greater than 27V if the battery charger is disconnected (over 28.5V if connected).
Check the value using the user menu and by measuring with a voltmeter.
- The batteries are still efficient. After a long use period, they lose the capacity to accumulate energy and need to be replaced.
If the battery charger is working correctly and the batteries are efficient, but the problem persists, you need to contact the technical
service.
8.1.7 ERROR 27 BATTERYFAIL STOP
This type of signalling appears when the electronic board detects the voltage of the column batteries is over the maximum thre-
shold. For safety reasons, further vehicle lifting is not permitted as long as the problem persists; this protects the batteries from
overcharging which can compromise functionality of the lift according to the specifications declared. The lift only allows movement
in overall or single descent.
When the entire lift is on the ground, you cannot proceed to subsequent lifting as long as the problem persists.
You need to check that:
-The battery charger is working correctly. Remove the battery charger from the batteries, connect it to the electrical mains and
measure the output voltage. Check the output voltage is less than 29.5V.
- Check the voltage value of the batteries using the user menu and by measuring with a voltmeter. The error persists until the
voltage measured is over 31V.
- The batteries are still efficient. After a long use period, they lose the capacity to accumulate energy and need to be replaced.
If the battery charger is working correctly and the batteries are efficient, but the problem persists, you need to contact the technical
service.
8.1.8 ERROR 18 SAFETYRLYS FAIL
The column signals this problem when pilot problems are detected on relay KA and KB of the electronic board.
In this case, try to switch off and back on all the columns, select LAST CONFIG.
If the problem persists, you need to contact the technical service.
8.1.9 ERROR 19 ENGINERLYS FAIL
The column signals this problem when pilot problems are detected on relay K4 and K3 of the electronic board.
In this case, try to switch off and back on all the columns, select LAST CONFIG.
If the problem persists, you need to contact the technical service.
8.1.10 ERROR 20 VALVERELAY FAIL
The column signals this problem when pilot problems are detected on relay K7 of the electronic board.
In this case, try to switch off and back on all the columns, select LAST CONFIG.
If the problem persists, you need to contact the technical service.
8.1.11 ERROR 21 SPILLRELAY FAIL
The column signals this problem when pilot problems are detected on relay K5 of the electronic board.
In this case, try to switch off and back on all the columns, select LAST CONFIG.
If the problem persists, you need to contact the technical service.
