EXPLANATION OF THE MEANING OF THE CHARACTERS OF THE TABLE
CHARACTER "1"
Character "1" appears when the control card is not able to communicate with the coin mechanism.
Control that the DIP-SWITCH DSW1 is correctly set. Otherwise:
1) Check that the coin mechanism has been correctly programmed.
2) Check the connection between the connector JP11 of the card and the coin mechanism.
CHARACTER "4"
Character "4" appears when the thermic relay of the column engine has tripped due to an over-heating of
the engine itself.
Attract by hand all the small solenoid magnets and check that the column rotates freely.
Otherwise:
1) Check the connection between the connector JP1 of the card and the thermic relay 1.
CHARACTER "5" (only in the vending machines BO)
Character "5" appears when the thermic relay of the engine for the withdrawal of bottles/cans has tripped
due to an over-heating of the engine itself.
Control that the withdrawal engine is not blocked.
Otherwise:
1) Check the connection between the connector JP1 of the card and the thermic relay 2.
CHARACTER "7"
Character "7" appears when the micro-switch of the delivery door is not pressed (the delivery door has
remained open).
Check that the delivery door closes correctly.
Otherwise:
1) Check the connection between the connector JP6 of the card and the micro-switch of the delivery door.
2) Check the integrity of the micro-switch of the delivery door.
CHARACTER "9"
Character "9" appears especially when a selection solenoid is not at rest.
Check that all the solenoids are at rest (small pistons re-entered).
Otherwise:
1) Check that the series of micro-solenoids make up a closed circuit on the connector JP5 of the card.
CHARACTER "d"
Character "d" appears during the sale when the small piston of the selection solenoid does not be attracted.
Check that the small piston of the solenoid of the carried out selection is not blocked or damaged.
Otherwise:
1) Check if the fuse on the card has burnt out.
2) Check the connection between the selection solenoid and the connector JP7 of the card.
