• Release the visor by moving the lever of the over-centre lock
upwards through approximately 180 degrees. Fig. 21.

• Remove the peel-offs from the new visor.
• Secure the new visor first to the fixed mounting and then to
the over-centre mounting.
• Tension the visor by moving the lever downwards as far as
it will go. Fig. 22.

position. Adjust the visor so it is fastened into the upper visor
frame. A 'click' indicates that the frame is locked in position
(Fig. 34-37).

that fit into holes in the visor unit. The ends of the face seal
fabric are provided with hooks that are secured to the head
harness. Proceed as follows:
• Release the hooks from the head harness. Fig. 26.
• Release the face seal by pulling its frame so that its pins are
released from the visor unit holes. Fig. 27.
• Remove the face seal.
• Thread the new face seal over the visor unit flange, with the
centre markings in line with one another. Fig. 28.
• Press the face seal frame down so that the pins drop into
the visor unit holes. A clicking sound indicates that they are
in place. Fig. 29.

that the lip is fastened in the lower visor frame. (Fig. 31).

the lower visor frame (Fig. 32). Control that the pin and lip is
fastened on both sides (Fig. 31).
