8. Approvals
NIOSH 42CFR84 Approval
The SR 500 in combination with face shield SR 540 is NIOSH
approved as a loose fitting respirator with an Assigned Protec-
tion Factor (APF) of 25. The SR 500 in combination with hood
SR 520, SR 530 or helmet SR 580 is NIOSH approved as a
loose fitting respirator with an Assigned Protection Factor (APF)
of 1000. See NIOSH Approval Label for approved component
configurations, cautions and limitation statements.
9. Warranty and Contact Information
IMPORTANT NOTICE
WARRANTY: In the event any Sundstrom product is found to
be defective in material, workmanship, or not in conformation
with any express warranty for a specific purpose, Sundstrom's
only obligation and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Sund-
strom's option, to repair, replace or refund the purchase price
