Basic setting menu items
Start text
Here, a start text can be set-up which is displayed on the start
page when starting up the machine.
Date
Set-up of the current date. Is displayed in the status strip on every
monitor at a later time. The values are increased automatically
after 3 seconds. When reaching the desired value, it will be
acknowledged by entering F6 via the keyboard. By entering F1,
one switches over to the next entry.
Time
Setting of the current time. Is displayed in the status strip of every
monitor just like the date. The values are increased automatically
after 3 seconds. When the desired value has been reached, it is
acknowledged by entering F6 via the keyboard. Via F1, a change-
over to the next entry takes place.
Language
Here, the individual language can be set-up by pressing the F4 or
F5 keys.
Loudness level of the acoustic signal
Is used for setting up the loudness level of the alarm which sounds
during the automatic taking over of measuring values.
Units: length
There, it is possible to switch over between mm and inch for the
length measurement.
Units: weight
Here, it is possible to switch over between the weight designation
in grams or in ounces.
Roundings
Setting-up of the unit, in which the measuring values will be
displayed in a rounded way after the balancing process.
Suppression
Here, it is set up from which value onwards the result is rounded
off to zero.
Safety function
Activation or de-activation of the protective cover safety switch.
Via this function, it can be set up whether the machine can be
started with the cover open.
Due to a balancing speed exceeding 100 rpm, a protective cover
is compulsory for this machine.
The safety switch guarantees that the balancing process can only
be started with the cover closed. When the user deactivates the
cover switch, the manufacturer does not assume any liability for
resulting damages.
Automatic start
Activation of the automatic start function. When closing the
protective cover, the balancing sequence is started automatically.
Factory settings
Via this function, all basic settings are reset to the original factory
data.

Via this monitor, it is possible to input an individual start text.
F1 Range change:
Via this key, it is possible to switch over between the
upper range „Character selection" and the lower
range „Text field range".
F2, F3, F4 and F5 cursor movement:
Via these keys, it is possible to move within the two
ranges if an input or a malfunction is made.
F6 Saving:
It is possible to save the selected value (number or
letter) via this key.
