Wheel data input
Before the balancing sequence is started, the data of the
clamped wheel at the machine must be entered.
Furthermore, the entries can be made as follows:
-
data detection via the automatic input via the internal and
the external scanning arm
-
manual data input via the operator field
-
retrieving of wheel data from the data memory
Via the start monitor and the functional key F4, the monitor
wheel data detection is called.
Functional key assignment
F1 Wheel distance:
Activate the entry for the distance between the
wheel and the machine housing.
F2 Rim width:
Activate the input for the rim width (or the distance
between the first and the second balancing level).
F3 Rim diameter:
Activate the entry for the rim diameter.
F4 and F5 Value change:
Change the values for the individual active field.
F6 Save values:
Save the current wheel data and the selected
compensation program.

4.4.1 Calling of the wheel data from the data memory
The data memory is called via the start monitor via F4, F6 or F5,
F6.
F1 Range change:
Change-over between the upper (1-10) and the
lower (11-20) range.
F2, F3 Cursor movement:
Select storage place within the current wheel data.
F4:
Save the current data at that storage place where the
cursor currently is. Data which already exist there are
overwritten.
F5:
Loads the selected data block into the working store.
F6:
Determines the selected data block as standard data
block. This standard data block is loaded automati-
cally when starting the machine.
