Calibration sequence

The calibration is called via the functional key F3 from the zero
sequence start monitor or from the final monitor.
The machine is to be re-adjusted after 500 balancing sequences.
By the re-calibration, a constant measuring value quality is gua-
ranteed.
The calibration can only be executed with the enclosed calibration
weight and the clamping means delivered in series for a centered
reception.
For storing purposes, the calibration weight and the clamping
device can be hooked into the lining on the left-hand side at the
rear.
Sequence
The picture of the standard clamping device is displayed together
with the request to remove the hand wheel and the centering cone
and to start the machine.
When the measuring sequence is over, the picture of the clam-
ping device will be displayed together with that of the calibration
weight threaded-in from the left-hand side.
At the end of the measuring sequence, the graphic chart of the
clamping device is displayed together with the calibration weight,
threaded-in from the right-hand side.

Thread-in the calibration weight in the represented form and start
the machine.
Remove the calibration weight when the measuring sequence is
over. The determined data are taken over and saved. The values
also continue to be saved when the machine has been switched
off.
The program displays a functional strip with the program options
on the monitor:
F1 Basic settings:
Change-over to the monitor „Basic settings"
F4 Wheel data:
Change-over to the „Wheel data detection"
F5 Balancing:
Change-over to the monitor for starting
the balancing process.
