FITTING THE CHAINRINGS
Take the large chainring and
position it with the left crank.
The inscriptions engraved on the
chainring must face inwards.
Take the small chainring and
position it using the left crank.
The inscriptions engraved on the
chainring must face inwards.

Position the exterior chainring,
taking care to align the chain's
anti-skip cone with the right
crank.
[ D ]
Ensure that the alignment mar-
ker is in line with the right crank.
Place 1 drop of thread lock (type
Loctite 243) on the threads of the
chainring mounting screw.
[ B ]
Position the 5 specific inter-
chainring struts for ZED 3 chain-
rings (black, no split and width of
3.2mm).
[ E ]
Screw the screws into the inserts
in the crankset without forgetting
to sandwich in the inter-chainring
struts. Slowly tighten each screw
evenly, without forcing them, to a
torque of 8Nm.
