other than the product guarantees themselves, loss
of use of property or any other financial loss.
Whatever the cause, neither LOOK nor any agent
or distributor can be held liable for any financial
contribution or compensation for a product. The
rights allocated by the guarantee and the benefits
cannot be conceded nor transferred.
LOOK's obligations within any guarantee are limited,
according to the broadest acceptance of the law, to
the provisions specified in this LOOK guarantee.
However, certain countries or states do not
authorise any limitation of duration for an implicit
guarantee, and/or for exclusion or limitation of
direct or consequential damages, which implies that
the aforementioned limits and exclusions are not
applicable in this case. This limited guarantee grants
you specific legal rights, but possibly also other
rights, which will vary according to local legislation.
Warning about counterfeit products:
THE USE OF COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND COULD CAUSE YOU
AND ANY THIRD PARTY A DANGEROUS FALL LEADING TO SEVERE OR FATAL INJURIES.

Therefore, in the case of purchase, use or sale of a counterfeit product, we reserve the right to undertake
any measures that we deem appropriate in order to cease the infringement of our rights and to seek
compensation for the prejudice caused, as per Articles L613-3 to L613-6, L615-14 and L716-9.
It goes without saying that counterfeit products will not benefit from any LOOK guarantee, and will void
the LOOK guarantees on any LOOK compliant product used with counterfeit products. This will also
void all accidental, material, moral, civil and physical liability on behalf of the company LOOK CYCLE
INTERNATIONAL.
The vast majority of Look products are manufactured in our factories outside Asia. The sale of products
on exotic sites incurs every possibility that it will concern counterfeit products.
To avoid any fraud, and without this advice being exhaustive, we therefore advise you to be very vigilant:
- On sites offering LOOK branded products at prices that are very clearly below market value.
- On private sales that do not offer any proof of purchase, maintenance and information regarding the
origin of the product.
If you require any help, you can contact us via our website, or the distributor's website for the country in
which you are located (there is a list of our retailers and distributors on www.lookcycle.com). Please
provide the serial number and/or photos for verification purposes.
