INSTALLATION - PERMOBIL A MOUNTING BLOCK

For Permobil Corpus Back Supports (23" - 28" height) with UniTrack
System using the Permobil A Mounting Block.

If the head support hardware stem (C) is inserted in the mounting block (B), turn the knob (A) counterclockwise to
release it. Remove the hardware stem; set aside.

Using the 5mm hex key, loosen but do not remove the screws (D) to create a gap between the double nuts (E) and the
mounting block (B).

Slide the double nuts (E) into the UniTrack System slots and move into position.

Tighten the screws (D) with the 5mm hex key to secure.

Insert the hardware stem (C) into the mounting block (B) and turn the knob (A) clockwise to secure.
IMPORTANT! Make sure that at least ½" of the hardware stem (C) is completely through the bottom of mounting
block (B) at all times. See the warning in the "Important Safety Information" section in this manual.
