Complete disassembly
At complete disassembly of motor the end plate item 21 and the cylinder bushing item 24 have
to be removed from motor housing. If necessary, press bearings items 16 and 20 out of end plates.
Re-assembly
Re-assembly is performed essentially the same as disassembly but in reverse order.
Wear parts - especially the vanes item 22 should be replaced in due time. They are considered
to be worn when their width is less than 19.5 mm. In case the rotor or the cylinder bushing would
be replaced or the surface re-grinded, the longitudinal play between rotor and end plates items
21 and 26 has to be checked. The longitudinal play should be on both sides approx. 0.05 mm.
(Cylinder bushing has to be 0.1 mm longer than the rotor). Secure the fastening screws with Loctite
243.
After re-assembly the function and performance of the impact wrench have to be checked. For
this, refer to the technical data of the operation and maintenance instruction.
Spare Parts
Only original spare parts may be used. There is no warranty for damages and liability is
disclaimed, if non-original spare parts and accessories are used.
