• Non-observance of the instructions in the operating instruction booklet concerning transport,
storage, assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and setting up of the machine.
• Independent structural alterations or settings on the machine beyond the intended purpose
• Inadequate supervision of wear parts.
• Improperly carried out repairs, inspections or maintenance
• Catastrophic cases because of a war, acts of god or other reasons which are beyond our
control.
Check, if the scope of delivery is complete:
- 1 Operation and maintenance manual 1 Pneumatic impact wrench.
- Repair Manual and.
Disassembly
Disassembly and re-assembly should only be performed with assistance of the sectional drawing
and/or the exploded view. Observe the safety instructions of the operation and maintenance
manual.
Loosen screws (item 2 - handle). Draw off complete handle and go on to disassemble if
necessary.
Screw out reducing nipple item 46 and take out valve parts. Remove pin item 18 and press out
reverse slide item 39. Knock out tension sleeve item 35 and remove valve trigger item 34.
To change the vanes pull out end plate item 26 with rotor item 23 of motor housing item 62.
Remove vanes item 22 which are worn from rotor slots and replace them. Loosen screws item
2 - impact mechanism housing. Draw off complete impact mechanism housing item 1 together
with remaining parts of impact mechanism and continue to disassemble. Draw hammer item 15 of
bearing seat of the end plate item 21. Vanes are considered to be worn, if their width is less than
19.5 mm.
