The following information always applies for resolving
problems:
Danger due to voltage!
Contact with voltage can
result in severe injury or
death due to electric
shock!
Attach or detach connectors only
when the equipment is de-
energised.
Do not open the housings of the

- Control panel

the plug out of the socket.
Error messages on the display of the Active
Touch operating panel
If faults occur during operation of the Flex Height-
Adjustable Desk, please check whether it is being
operated in accordance with the operating manual.
In most cases, this will help you find and eliminate
the problem.
Some errors that may occur are shown on the display
of the Active Touch operating panel. The "Error"
segment flashes.
The table below should help you to find the cause
and to correct the error or fault.
Description
Unexpected error message due to external reset
Fault in "LIN bus" (local connection network)
Power failure or voltage regulator set below 10%.
Number of channels connected to the system has changed
Difference between minimum and maximum position ex-
ceeded
Short circuit detected during operation
Item checksum failed
System has reached voltage limit
Invalid key combination / Change of keys
Safety system prevents movement
Special tool necessary to change the number of connections
Drive element not detected
