Please note:
Only wear Adjustable Compression Wraps ACW
if they have been prescribed by a doctor. These
systems should only be dispensed by properly
trained staff at a medical retailer.
In addition to use by medical specialists, ACW
are also suited for long-term and self-therapy if
patients or their carers 1) are able to do so based
on their cognitive and motor skills and 2) have been
instructed in the correct use by medical specialists.
ACW have been exclusively designed for the
specific body part (foot, lower leg, knee, thigh, hand
and arm) in accordance with the relevant product
designations. Based on their short-stretch proper-
ties, ACW have mechanically limited elasticity. The
desired treatment effect is based on correct use. Af-
ter adjusting the hook and loop fasteners, the user
must therefore ensure each time that the product
exerts pleasant, noticeable compression. If you feel
pain or notice any other problems, loosen the hook
and loop fasteners. Progress in treatment success
may require a remeasurement of body dimensions
and, if necessary, a new product.
Washing and care instructions
Please note the care instructions on the textile
label sewn into your compression garment. Prior to
washing, either remove or close all touch fasteners.
The products can be machine-washed at 30 °C
using a laundry detergent for delicate fabrics. Tip: A
laundry net additionally protects the product. Please
do not use fabric softener. Never use bleach. Do not
tumble dry. You can reduce drying time by placing
the products on a thick towel after washing, tightly
rolling the towel up and firmly squeezing out excess
moisture. Do not leave the product in the towel and
do not dry it on a radiator or in the sun. Juzo ACS
Light and Juzo Compression Wrap products must
not be ironed. The products are not suitable for
dry cleaning. The intervals between washing can
be extended by wearing a liner stocking (e.g. Juzo
Liner 6082 AD, Juzo Liner 6082 AG).

Side effects
With a correct indication and implementation of
compression therapy, it is a safe and effective
measure. Based on the drying effect underneath
the compression product, dry skin and flaking is
to be expected regularly. This can be alleviated
with timely skin care, which should be part of any
compression therapy. We therefore recommend
that you care for your skin using a pH-neutral water-
in-oil emulsion (e.g. Juzo Lymph Lotion).
Otherwise, there are no known side effects when
using this product correctly. However, if you notice
any adverse changes (e.g. skin irritation) during
the prescribed use, please consult your doctor,
therapist or medical retailer immediately. If you
know you are allergic to any product ingredients,
please consult your doctor or therapist before using
