Accessories
WARNINGS:
Bone cement is intended for single use only. DO NOT reuse,
reprocess, or repackage the bone cement. Failure to comply may
lead to infection or cross infection and result in patient and/or
healthcare staff injury.
DO NOT modify any equipment without the authorization of the
manufacturer.
Use only Stryker approved accessories with this product. These
accessories are designed to withstand normal forces and
pressures that are created during bone cement application.
NOTE: For a complete list of accessories, contact your Stryker
sales representative. Outside the US, contact your nearest Stryker
subsidiary.
The following Stryker-approved accessories are sold separately:

Instructions
1. Turn the ram to disengage the drive system, then pull back
the ram until its disc rests against the body of the cement gun
(Figure 1).

2. Push the speed selector back and then either up or down
to select the desired speed (Figure 2). See Cement Delivery
Settings.

3. Place a filled cartridge with an application nozzle into the
cartridge interface (Figure 3). Holding the cement gun in a vertical
position, squeeze the trigger to fill the application nozzle until the
bone cement reaches the tip. The cement gun is now ready for
bone cement delivery.

Cement Delivery Settings
FILL – The FILL setting delivers 12 to 15 mL of bone cement per
squeeze of the trigger. The FILL setting is used to rapidly fill the
application nozzle and distal femur.
DISPENSE – The DISPENSE setting delivers 2 to 3 mL of bone
cement per squeeze of the trigger. The DISPENSE setting is used to
inject cement at a high pressure into trabecular bone.
