3. Delivery and handling

3.1 Handling

Observe when transporting or storing the 186 change-over device:
• Always store the device in a cool, dry place.
• All connections must be tightly sealed during transport and
storage.
• No foreign matter should get into lines and valves.
• Transport the product carefully.
• Do not lift the product on devices, flexible lines or cables.
• Use appropriate lifting devices to handle heavy parts.

3.2 Unpacking

Observe when unpacking the 186 vacuum change-over device:
• Observe all handling instructions.
• Open the packaging carefully.
• Check the change-over device for transport damage.
