IMPORTANT: Using a full range dimmer switch to

control fan speed will cause a loud humming noise
from fan. To reduce the risk of fire or electrical
shock, do NOT use a full range dimmer switch to
control fan speed. (Fig. 3)

FINAL INSTALLATION

1.
If necessary, partially loosen the two canopy
mounting screws (T), on bottom of mounting
bracket (C) that align with holes in canopy (B). Lift
canopy (B) to mounting bracket (C). Place rounded
part of the holes in canopy (B) over screws (T) and
push canopy (B) up. Twist canopy (B) to lock.
Tighten both screws (T) securely. Slide canopy
cover (N) up to canopy (B), aligning rounded part of
slotted holes in canopy cover (N) with screwheads
in bottom of canopy (B). Turn canopy cover (N) to
the right(clockwise) until it stops. (Fig. 1)

Remove four decorative nuts (S) from top of motor
housing (D). (Do not, however, remove any other
screws in the motor housing.) (Fig. 2)
Remove decorative nuts (S) from scroll arm support
(P). (Fig. 2)
Attach flat end of one of the scroll arms (O) to motor
housing (D) first, using one of the decorative nuts (S)
that was removed from the top of the motor housing
(D). Adjust scroll arm support (P) to the proper height
and then secure the looped end of the scroll arm (O)
to the scroll arm support (P) with one of the decorative
nuts (S) that was removed from the scroll arm support
(P). (Fig. 2) Repeat procedure to attach remaining
scroll arms (O).
Secure scroll arm support (P) to downrod (A) by
tightening the two set screws at the top of the scroll
arm support (P). (Fig. 2)
