INSTALLATION
PACKING
The machine is packed into a special export
cartoon (INDUPACK) fixed on a fumigated
pallet.
TRANSPORT
Upon receipt of the machine packed, you are
kindly requested to immediately report to the
forwarding agent any damage suffered by the
packing during the transport.
In case of damages to the machine as well, the
insurance company of the forwarding agent will be
held responsible only if these damages have been
reported immediately.
Only competent personnel equipped with the
necessary protection must undertake all the
installation operations.
Do not use water jets against the machine for any
reason and avoid sudden movement or violent
blows.
Do not carry the machine by hand, but only by
forklift truck or tackle. It is advisable to move the
machine complete with the packing to where it is
to be installed and then unpack the machine.
UNPACKING AND LAYING OF
THE MACHINE
Proceed as follows:
a) Remove the indupack by using proper tools.
b) Remove the plastic protection.
c) Verify that the machine has not suffered
damages during the transport.
d) Take away from the pallet all the accessories
not fixed or bolted, as they can damage
property, persons or animals when falling
down.

e) Remove the bolts fixing the machine to the
pallet

Sling the machine by means of two ropes
(verify that are suitable for the total weight of
the machine), one at the rear and the other at
the front side of machine; then lift it by means
of forklift truck or tackle and place it where it
must be installed, without moving it by hand.
g) When
carefully refit all the panels, protection devices
and the accessories.
Various distances from the walls and other
equipment
installation of the machine in order to ensure
smooth operation and good maintenance. The
equipment does not require any fixing to the floor.
It is recommended that the equipment should be
installed dead level
FRAME AND BAG CONNECTION
(SEE DRAWING PAGE 10-3, FIG. 3)
Proceed as follows:
a) Take out the split-pin "POS. 26" from the hole
"POS. 27" on the frame support.
b) Place the frame on the steam air former by
centring the pin "POS. 28" in the ball support
"POS. 29".
c) Insert between the guide "POS. 30" and the
support "POS. 29" the split-pin "POS. 26" in
the hole "POS. 27" and bend the ends of the
split-pin outwards.
d) Dress the bag "POS. 31" bearing in mind
that the rear is recognised by a seam joining
the neck. The rear support of the dolly is
straight, whilst the front one is sloping.
e) Insert the upper wires terminals "POS. 32"
into the respective eyebolts "POS. 33" and
connect them to the plate "POS. 34" with the
proper screw.
f)
Insert the lower wires terminals "POS. 35"
into the respective eyebolts "POS. 36" and
connect them to the connecting wires "POS.
37" avoiding crossing them.
g) With controls "POS. 38" and "POS. 39" in
the lower position, rotate the dolly whilst
doing this, make sure that the wires do not
tangle or become snagged.
h) Tie the bag to the lower circular part of the
frame "POS. 40".
