Activity
Check the battery for voltage, and is firm-
ly in place and leak-proof.
Check the electrolyte level and electrolyte
density in the cells (only low-maintenance
battery).
Check the battery poles for oxidation,
brush off if necessary, and lubricate with
terminal grease. Make sure the connec-
tion cables are firmly in place.
Check the condition of the connecting el-
ements and make sure they are firmly in
place.
Visual inspection of the exhaust system
for cracking and leaks.
Check it is working correctly and is cor-
rectly set
Visual inspection of engine coolant,
charge air and hydraulic oil cooler for
damage, firm fit, tightness and contami-
nation; clean if necessary.
Check the coolant level.
Check the mixing ratio water / coolant.
Check the coolant hoses for leaks and
damage.
Check the condition and filling pressure. X
Check the filling level.
Check for correction function.
Check for functionality and leaks. Disin-
fect the evaporator for the air-conditioner.
Check the legibility, replace if necessary.
Check, and replace any missing or dam-
aged ones.
Visual inspection of all hydraulic connec-
tions that they are correctly fitted and
leakproof.
Check for leaks.
Check for freedom of movement.
Clean (not with high-pressure cleaner)
Check for damage.
