Applying a Sleeve (IN-PEDAL-UP)
Applying a sleeve is as simple as 1-2-3. It involves a 3-step procedure called IN-PEDAL-UP. IN-
PEDAL-UP is done rapidly but after a few tries you will develop a rhythm to it and the procedure will
be seamless
1. Press the START button to advance the
media to the first sleeve. The unit
compresses the sleeve from both sides,
creating the opening through which the wire
is passed.

3. Tap the foot pedal with your foot. (PEDAL)

2. Insert a wire into the open sleeve, making
sure the wire passes completely through
the open sleeve. (IN)

4. Quickly lift the wire up and out of the die
module. (UP)
DO NOT insert fingers or hands into die
module opening; pinch hazard.
DO NOT operate machine with covers
open.
