Solution
Ensure E-Stop is not activated.
Ensure doors are closed and
the rear power switch is on.
Ensure fuse in rear power
switch is not blown. If it is,
replace with new fuse.
Open doors and ensure
mandrel screw is tight. If not,
use a #1 Phillips screw driver
to tighten the screw.
See the "Changing Dies/
Sleeve Size" section
to verify the dies are properly
installed.
Ensure foot switch is plugged
in.
See "Changing Dies/Sleeve
Size" section (page 4) to verify
the dies are properly installed.
See "Cleaning the Applicator"
section on page 12 of this
manual.
• Ensure that the tractor
feed door is closed.
• Then, with one hand,
push and hold the front
door release lever while
closing the cover door
with the other hand.
• Release the lever when
the front door is closed.
Ensure that the air pressure is
40psi to optimize performance
of machine.
