Multilift II ESD lifting column/Multilift II telescope ESD:
Check the effectiveness of the electrical connection in the
lifting column before commissioning and afterwards during
operation, regularly within the scope of ESD monitoring.
Check the lifting column for soiling. If necessary, clean the
lifting column with a clean cloth.
Note: Do not use cleaning agents containing solvents!
Inspect the motor's electrical connections for mechanical
stress and a secure fit.
Check the lifting column for damage (visual inspection).
Carry out a safety inspection of the lifting column as per
EN 62353.
Check that the limit switches/end positions are working:
n For Mono versions:
Move the lifting column into the final positions in both
directions.
n For Synchro versions:
Carry out a reference run.
Multilift II impact lifting column:
Replace the lifting column after 100,000 impact loads with
maximum impulse.
