9 Patient positions, Chair program dialog
The Chair program dialog
is indicated on the display.
The
programs 1–4, which are assigned to the odontogram,
have default settings based on ergonomic aspects. They
enable the dentist to look directly at the corresponding
area of the jaw from an optimal sitting or standing posi-
tion.
For this purpose, the dentist A, B or C has to enter his/
her height once (for programming see page page 32).
All programs can be assigned individually by any user of
the treatment center (see page page 32).
The factory settings can be restored by pressing and
holding down the respective program key.

The chair and the dentist element move into the corre-
sponding treatment position. Then the unit lamp
switches on automatically (if programmed).
When the mouth rinsing program S or the neutral posi-
tion program 0 is activated, the lamp switches off auto-
matically (if programmed).
In the manual chair setting dialog
the patient position can be optimized at any time.

Both during manual and automatic chair movement, the
second symbol from the top at the right of the displays
becomes a
flashing warning triangle.
