    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Equipment Setup and Use: Prior to use: a. Inspect the product looking for any visible damage or sharp edges that could be caused by a drop or impact during storage. b. Make sure product has been properly cleaned and disinfected and wiped dry prior to each use.

Adjust the height of the shoulder supports until the midline of the supports is approximately at the same level as the midline of the patient’s shoulders, then tighten the knob on the blade clamp.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Adjust the supports widthwise such that the inner edge of the support is approximately aligned with the patient’s acromion, then tighten the adjustment knob at the top of the support. Place the table in Trendelenburg and allow the patient to settle into their final position, as specified in the Hug-u-Vac Steep Trend instructions.
