3. Insert the right and left supports into their appropriate clamp
4. Move the supports forward until they are approximately 1" (2.5cm) away from
the activated Steep Trend positioner.
5. Adjust the height of the shoulder supports until the midline of the supports is
approximately at the same level as the midline of the patient's shoulders, then
tighten the knob on the blade clamp.
