4. Installation

4.1 Safety symbols on the pump

Observe the position of the clamp before the clamp is tightened.
Incorrect position of the clamp will cause leakage from the pump
and damage the hydraulic parts in the pump head.

4.2 Changing the control box position

Fit and tighten the screw holding the clamp to 8 Nm ± 1 Nm. Note:
Do not apply more torque than specified even though water is
dripping from the clamp. The water (condensed) is most likely
coming from the drain hole under the clamp.
Warning
Observe local regulations setting limits for manual lifting or
handling.
Warning
Before dismantling the pump or related parts, drain the system and
close the isolating valves on both sides of the pump as the
pumped liquid may be scalding hot and under high pressure.
Warning
When loosening the clamp, do not drop the pump head.
Warning
Risk of escaping vapour.

5. Electrical connection

Carry out the electrical connection and
protection according to local regulations.
