4. Montage
4.1
Seilmontage
Stahlseil (Bild 3/1) durch Langloch
(Bild 3/2) von innen nach außen
durchstecken. Stahlseil in die
Klemmhülse (Bild 3/3) der Seil-
trommel einfädeln.
Das Seil mit den beiden Innen-
sechskantschrauben festklemmen.

Der Karabinerhaken muß vor-
schriftsmäßig mit Seilkausche und
Bild/Fig. 3
Preßklemme mit dem Seil verpreßt
sein. (bei AL-KO Seilen im Liefer-
umfang enthalten.)
ACHTUNG:
Es dürfen nur vorschriftsmäßige
Seilendverbindungen verwendet
werden.

Bandmontage:
1
Die AL-KO Seilwinden sind so aus-
gelegt, daß auch anstelle der Seile
Bild/Fig. 4
ein Flachband verwendet werden
kann.
ACHTUNG: Die Bruchlast des
Bandes muß mindestens das 7-
fache der angegebenen Zuglast
(unterste Seillage) betragen.
Hierzu ist eine Bescheinigung des
Bandherstellers erforderlich!
Band mit Schlaufe verwenden!
Bandende mit Flachstecker befesti-
gen.
Montagevorgang:
Flachstecker (Bild 4/1 ) in Pfeilrich-
tung (Bild 5) einschieben, und da-
bei durch die Bandschlaufe durch-
schieben. Stecker mit Schraube
Bild/Fig. 5
(Bild 4/2) und Skt.-Mutter (Bild 4/3)
gegen Verschieben sichern.

ACHTUNG:
Bandablaufrichtung beachten! Kur-
bel in Richtung "Heben" drehen,
wenn das Band aufgewickelt wird!

4. Assembly
4.1
Cable Assembly
Pass steel cable (Fig. 3/1 ) through
oblong hole (Fig. 3/2) from inside
to out.
Thread steel cable into the drum
collet (Fig. 3/3). Clamp the cable
with the two inner hexagon cap
screws.
The snaplock must be pressed to-
gether with the cable with a thimble
and compressed clamp according
to the regulations (included in sco-
pe of supply with AL-KO cables).
CAUTION:
Only regulation cable butt joints
may be used.
4.2
Belt Assembly
AL-KO winches are so designed
that instead of a cable a flat belt
can also be used.
CAUTION: The breaking load of
the belt must be at least 7 times
the given traction load (lowest
cable position).
A certificate is needed from the belt
manufacturer for this!
Use belt with loopl
Fasten end of belt with tab.
Assembly process:
Insert tab (Fig. 4/1) in direction of
arrow (Fig. 5) and at the same time
push through the belt loop. Secure
tab against displacement with
screw (Fig. 4/2) and hexagonal nut
(Fig. 4/3). (Fig. 5)
CAUTION:
Please note the winding direction
of the belt! Turn the crank handle
in the »lift«direction when the belt
is being wound up!
