5. Betriebsanleitung
5.1
Heben, Ziehen:
Drehen der Kurbel im Uhrzeiger-
sinn. -HEBEN- wird die Last geho-
ben.
5.2
Halten:
Die Last kann durch einfaches Los-
lassen in beliebiger Stellung gehal-
ten werden.
5.3
Senken:
Zum Senken der Last ist die Kurbel
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
-SENKEN- zu drehen. Ein Rück-
schlagen der Kurbel wird durch die
eingebaute automatische Bremse
verhindert (Lastdruckbremse)
ACHTUNG:
Das Seil (Band) darf unter Last nur
soweit aufgewickelt werden, daß
ein Bordscheibenüberstand (X)
von min. 1,5 x Seildurchmesser
bzw. Banddicke gewährleistet ist.
Dadurch wird ein Überlasten der
Winde und ein seitliches Ablaufen
des Seils von der Trommel vermie-
den.

Unter Last müssen mindestens 2
Seilwindungen bzw. eine Band-
windung auf der Trommel ver-

Lastdruckbremse:
Mindestzugkraft für eine einwand-
freie Funktion der Bremse: 40 daN.
Ist diese Mindestlast nicht gege-
ben, tritt die Bremsfunktion nicht in
Kraft!

5. Operating Instructions
5.1
Lifting, Hauling
Turning the crank handle in a
clockwise direction. - LIFT- The
load will be lifted.
5.2
Hold:
The load can be held in any positi-
on required by simply releasing the
handle.
5.3
Lowering:
The crank handle is to be turned in
an anti-clockwise direction
- LOWER - to lower the load. The
incorporated automatic brake (load
pressure brake) will prevent the
crank handle from reversing.
CAUTION:
The cable (belt) may only be
wound up under load to the extent
that a minimum depth (X) of at
least 1.5 times the cable diameter
or belt thickness is guaranteed
from the top of the cable to the out-
side rim of the side plates.
In this way overloading the winch
and the sidewards unwinding of the
cable from the drum can be
avoided.
When under load at least 2 turns
of the cable or one tum of the
belt must remain on the drum.

Load pressure brake:
Minimum traction for perfect
functioning of the brake: 40 daN.
If this minimum load is not applied
the load pressure brake will not
operate!
