3. Sicherheit
3.1
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwen-
dung:
Die AL-KO Seilwinde ist zum leich-
ten und ruckfreien Heben, Senken
und Ziehen diverser Lasten, haupt-
sächlich als Trailerwinde geeignet.
Die AL-KO Seilwinden können für
verschiedene Einsätze verwendet
werden. Welche Vorschriften bei
diesen Einsätzen zu beachten sind,
hat der für diesen Einsatz verant-
wortliche Hersteller oder Anwender
zu prüfen. D.h. der KÄUFER DER
SEILWINDE HAT ZU PRÜFEN, ob
dieses Produkt die Eigenschaft be-
sitzt, die sein individueller Bedarf
erfordert.
3.2
Verwendungsausschluß:
- Nicht geprüft für Bauaufzüge
(VGB 35)
- Nicht geeignet für Dauerbetrieb
- Nicht zugelassen für Bühnen und
Studios (VGB 70)
- Nicht zugelassen für Personenbe-
förderung
- Nicht zugelassen für motorischen
Betrieb!
3.3
Lastdruckbremse:
Die Last muß mindestens 40 kg
betragen, damit die einwandfreie
Funktion der Bremse gewährleistet
ist.
Zusätzlich sollte die Kurbel immer
in unterster Stellung losgelassen
werden!
Beim Loslassen der Kurbel im Be-
reich der Mindestlast und in ober-
ster Stellung fällt die Kurbel bedingt
durch das Eigengewicht ca. 1/2
Umdrehung teilgebremst in die
unterste Stellung zurück, bis die
Lastdruckbremse voll greift.
Dieser Kurbelrücklauf ist systembe-
dingt unvermeidbar und keine Fehl-
funktion!

3. Safety
3.1
Use as directed:
The AL-KO winch is for the light,
smooth lifting, lowering and hauling
of various loads and is mainly sui-
table as a trailer winch.
AL-KO winches can be used for
various operations. It is the respon-
sibility of manufacturer or the user
to check the regulations to be ob-
served during these operations.
This means THE PURCHASER OF
THE WINCH MUST CHECK
whether this product has the pro-
perties which his individual require-
ments necessitate.
3.2
Exclusion from use:
- Not tested for building elevators
VGB 35)
- Not suitable for continuous
operation
- Not approved for stages and
studios VGB 70)
- Not approved for passenger
transport
- Not approved for motorized
operation!
3.3
Load Pressure Brake
The load must weigh at least 40 kg
so that the perfect function of the
brake is guaranteed. In addition,
the crank handle should always be
released at the lowest position!
When releasing the handle in the
minimum load area and in the top
position the handle will drop back
partially braked approx. half a revo-
lution due to its own weight until
the load pressure brake fully takes
effect.
Due to the system this retum stro-
ke of the handle is unavoidable
and is not a malfunction!
