1. CALORIES:
Here you can find the number of calories burned so far during the training session. Please note that
these are only approximate guidelines. How many calories you actually burn depends on a variety of dif-
ferent factors. A climically accurate indication is, therefore, not possible with this training device.
Note: The display range is between 0-999 cal.
2. TIME:
Here you will find the time that has elapsed so far during your training session, which is given in mi-
nutes: seconds or hours: minutes. Note: The display range is from 0:00 to 99.59.
3. PULSE:
Here you can find your current heart rate in beats per minute (BPM). The prerequisite for this is that
you have placed your hands on the handgrips provided on the handheld pulse monitors provided, or
you have put on a pulse belt. Please be aware here too, it is not possible to provide clinically precise
information. Note: The display range is from 30 to 220 BPM.
4. DISTANCE:
Here you will find the distance in kilometers covered so far during your training session.
Note: The display range is between 0.00 and 99.99 km / h.
5. RPM / SPEED:
In this segment, the display alternates every 5 seconds between the information for the current num-
ber of pedal revolutions per minute (RPM) and the current speed in km / h (SPEED). Note: The display
range is between 0-999 RPM or 0.0 to 99.9 km / h.
6. WATT / LEVEL:
In this segment, the display alternates every 5 seconds between the information for the current number
of watts (WATT) and the current intensity level (LEVEL).
Note: The display range is between 0 to 726 watts or 1 to 24 levels.
7. POINTS:
The dots at the bottom of the display indicate the current level in vertical form. One point stands
for 3 intensity levels / level. That means: If 2 points flash on top of each other on the display,
you are in the intensity levels 6-8. Three flashing points stand for the intensity levels 9-11 etc.
The maximum number of points on top of each other is 8 which indicates 24 intensity levels.
IMPORTANT:
The flashing dots show you the current level you have reached. The static points to the right, however,
show you the upcoming training intervals. Each row of points stands for 1 minute of training time, of
which a maximum of 20 are shown on the display. After a period of 20 minutes, the rows are reset
to the beginning.
