Application/Use
ƒ
The gear and the pre-chamber are filled with gear oil.
Replace the operating fluids during regular maintenance work and dispose of them accord-
ing to the local guidelines.
ƒ
Provide the installation and operating instructions in a language that personnel can un-
derstand.
ƒ
Ensure the required level of personnel training for the specified work.
ƒ
Provide protective equipment. Ensure that personnel wear the protective equipment.
ƒ
Ensure that the attached safety and information signs on the product are always legible.
ƒ
Instruct personnel on how the system operates.
ƒ
Eliminate any potential risks posed by electricity.
ƒ
Fit dangerous components within the system with an on-site guard.
ƒ
Secure and demarcate the working area.
ƒ
Define a personnel work plan for safe workflow.
ƒ
Carry out a sound pressure measurement. From a sound-pressure level of 85 dB(A) up-
ward, wear hearing protection. Include a note in the work regulations!
Observe the following points when handling the product:

Persons under 16 years of age may not handle the product.
ƒ
Persons under 18 years of age must be supervised by a technician!
ƒ
Persons with limited physical, sensory or cognitive capacities are prohibited from han-
dling the product!
The mixers are suitable for both intermittent and continuous duty in drainage and sewage
(with and without feces) as well as in sludge:

for suspension of solid matter
ƒ
for homogenisation
Intended use includes:

Compliance with the specific dimensioning based on the operator requirements.

Any use other than the intended use is regarded as improper use.

Drinking water
ƒ
Non-Newtonian fluids
ƒ
Severely contaminated fluids containing hard components such as stone, wood, metals,
etc.

Highly flammable and explosive fluids in pure form
