Before switching on check the following points:

Check that the installation has been performed correctly and according to the locally ap-
plicable regulations:

Has the mixer been earthed?

Has the connection cable route been checked?

Has the electrical connection been made in accordance with regulations?

Are mechanical components correctly attached?

Check operating conditions:

Min./max. fluid temperature tested?
–
Has the maximum immersion depth been checked?
–
Intermittent operation: Is the maximum switching frequency being adhered to?

Check installation site/operating space:

Has the minimum water level above propeller been defined and monitored?

Min. fluid temperature can drop below 3 °C: Monitoring device with automatic deacti-
vation installed?

No installations within the direct rotary range of the propeller?
The mixer must switch on and off using a separate operating point (on/off switch,
switchgear) set by the customer.
During the start process, the rated current is exceeded for several seconds. Current con-
sumption continues to be slightly above the rated current until the operating temperature
of the motor is reached and the flow in the basin increases. During regular operation, the
rated current should no longer be exceeded. CAUTION! If the mixer does not start up,
switch off immediately. Remove the fault before reactivating!
WARNING
Risk of burns due to hot surfaces!
The motor housing can get hot during operation. This can lead to burns. Allow the motor
to cool down to ambient temperature after switching off!
