8.10. Operating the air supply slide

There is a handle on the front of the ELS kiln floor that operates the air supply flap. Pull out the handle or push in the
handle to open or close the air supply flap.

The handle for operating the exhaust air flap is located on the front of the kiln
in the upper left corner.
Pull out the handle or push in the handle to open or close the exhaust air flap.
INFORMATION
Note that leaving the exhaust air opening open up to
approx. 600-700°C can considerably increase the service
life of the heating elements.
