Carry out the maintenance and tests at the intervals listed below. Replace defective mechanical components
immediately.

Visual inspection of the control system, connection cable, socket on
the kiln
Visual inspection of the heating elements
Visual inspection of heating element fixing pins (if installed)
Visual inspection of the heating element support rods (if installed)
Visual inspection of the ceramic protection tube webs between the
heating elements
Visual inspection of the main switch and control keys
Visual inspection of the power cable
Function test of the door safety switch
Visual inspection of the connection terminals of the heating elements
Clean the inside of the electrical box/switch cabinet
Clean electrical components
Visual inspection of the clamp, plug and screw connections on the
kiln
Check the electrical wiring
Check the electrical components
Check the function and attachment of the safety equipment
Replacing safety contactors
