6.2.10. Mounting the control unit bracket (only ELS 750 & 1000/ELS with eDrive)
All ELS 750 and ELS 1000 as well as all ELS with eDrive are equipped with a switch cabinet, on the front of which
bracket for the control system is mounted.
TC 304/TC 504:
Use the fastening material to mount the bracket of the control unit on the switch cabinet so that the one fastening hole
is at the top and the two holes at the bottom.
ST 411, ST 630 or ST 632:
Use the fastening material to mount the bracket of the control unit on the switch cabinet so that the arrow embossed
on the bracket points upwards.
The fastening material is included in the scope of delivery of the control unit.

6.2.11. Control unit bracket: Mounting on a wall

Use the fastening material to mount the bracket of the control unit (control unit scope of delivery) in a safe, easy-to-use
place next to the kiln on the wall.
The bracket should be oriented with one fastening hole at the top and two holes at the bottom.
Mount the control unit on a suitable vertical surface which will not get hot. Choose a position where the
instrument is not exposed to direct heat from the kiln - especially when the kiln door is open.
6.3.

Power connection

6.3.1.

General information

DANGER
Risk of severe personal injury and property damage and even death from an electric shock
when installing and connecting the kiln to electrical supply lines.
WARNING
Risk of serious personal injury or property damage due to incorrect connection of the kiln to
the power supply.
Switch box
The kiln should only be installed and connected to the electrical supply lines by qualified
electricians.
Make sure that the power supply is close to the kiln.
Never use an extension cable.
Make sure the power cable does not touch the hot kiln.
