Emission values for sound and vibration
(Two-figure – specifications as per ISO 4871)

A-weighted emission pressure
power level measured at the
workplace L
(re 20 µPa), in

2
Rated acceleration, in m/s
Measuring uncertainty K, in m/s
REMARK: The sum of the measured emission
value and respective measuring inaccuracy rep-
resents the upper limit of the values that can
occur during measuring.
The maximum exposure values stipulated in the
industrial safety directives (e. g. in directive
2002/44/EC, a maximum daily exposure limit of
2
5 m/s
relating to a normal duration of 8 hours)
must not be exceeded.
The value of the estimated weighted accelera-
tion obtained in the laboratory can serve for
predicting the exposure to vibration. During
work, weighted accelerations will be dependent
on the particular application, and deviation from
this laboratory value can occur.
Wear ear protection!
For measurement values obtained according to
the respective product standard, see the last
page of this Instruction Manual.
Environmental protection, disposal.
Packaging, worn out power tools and accesso-
ries should be sorted for environment-friendly
recycling. Further information can be obtained
from your specialist dealer.
