Mit einer 1/4 Drehung der Nietzange während des Nietvorgangs erzielen Sie einen
gut ausgeformten Nietkopf. Der Nietkopf darf nicht über die Lauffl äche überstehen
(Fühlprobe!), sonst ist kein ruhiger Lauf der Kette möglich. Die rücklaufende Kette
(Untertrum) liegt auf der Innenseite des Führungsprofi ls auf!
If you make a 1/4 turn with the riveting tongs while riveting you will have a well-formed
rivet head. The rivet head may not protrude from the running surface (feel for it!),
otherwise the chain will not run quietly. The returning chain (bottom run) is on the
inside of the guide profi le!
Vous obtiendrez une tête de rivet bien formée si vous tournez d'1/4 de tour la pince à
rivets pendant l'étape de rivetage. La tête de rivet ne doit pas dépasser de la surface
de roulement (vérifi er au toucher !) sinon la chaîne ne roulera pas correctement. La
chaîne inverse (compartiment inférieur) se trouve sur la partie interne du profi lé de
guidage.
Ruotando la pinza per rivetti di 1/4 di giro durante il processo di chiodatura otterrette

Si durante el proceso de remache, se gira un 1/4 de giro la tenaza para remaches,
se obtiene una forma de cabeza de remache óptima. La cabeza de remache no debe
sobresalir por encima de la superfi cie de rodamiento (prueba de contacto), en caso
contrario, no es posible una rodadura de la cadena suave. La cadena de retroceso
(compartimiento inferior) debe apoyarse sobre el lado interior del perfi l de guía.
Girando o alicate de rebite em rotação de 1/4 durante o processo de rebitagem,
você conseguirá moldar bem a cabeça de rebite. A cabeça de rebite não deve
sobressair da superfície de deslize (faça o teste apalpando!), senão a corrente
não poderá funcionar silenciosamente e sem problemas. A corrente que retorna
(compartimento inferior) fi ca sobre o lado interno do perfi l de guia!
