2- MANUAL MODE.-
Use the "Up " or "Down " keys to
select the "MANUAL" setting on the
main menu. Press ENTER to confirm
the setting.
A new screen will appear with 4
options:
STRENGTH,
STRETCHING and OLDER PEOPLE.
Use the "up " or "down " arrows to
select the desired option and press
"ENTER".
If you select Strength, Massage or
Stretching, a new screen will appear
allowing you to select the area of the
body to focus on.
-Lower body (muscles marked in
orange),
-Mid body (muscles marked in blue),
-Upper body (muscles marked in
green).
Use the "Left " or "Right " keys to
select and then confirm by pressing
the "ENTER" key.
Next you will be shown a series of
exercises available for working the
specific area selected.
Press the "Left " or "Right " keys to
browse
through
exercises and then confirm
selection by pressing the
key.
On the new screen you will be able to
select parameters for:
TIME (Keys (B) located on the left-
hand side of the monitor or the
"More+" or "Less-" keys at the bottom
right).
Amplitude (High H or Low L, the key
for which is at the bottom left of the
monitor).
