4.10.1
Doors close properly and have been aligned if necessary. Damaged door
locks have been replaced.

Doors with lockable fasteners have been closed and locked and the
correct locking has been checked.

The sealing of doors on switchboards with degree of protection IP54 and
IP55 has been checked and damaged seals have been replaced.
5. Switchboard, functional units general (fix-mounted, plug-in and withdrawable units)

Fuse grips for LV HRC fuses are available for the fuse sizes required.

The technical data of fuse links matches the specified type and values.
(Check especially the fuse links changed on site.)
Necessary protective covers over fuses are attached:

The releases of the installed equipment have been adjusted as specified
or necessary corrections have been coordinated with the person
responsible for protection engineering and incorporated into the revision

All arcing chutes have been checked:
– on first commissioning: correct fixing, no damage, clean
– on return to service after visual check regarding arc erosion: no
damage, firmly seated and fastened, clean.
5.8
Function of mechanical interlocks of circuit breakers (if installed) has been
checked.
5.9
After a large amount of dirt and dust has collected in the switch room
during commissioning work (subsequent concrete work), random checks
of units were made and general cleaning of functional units using a
vacuum cleaner initiated on this basis.
5.10
Software- / Firmware Updates of built-in devices up-to-date
6. Switchboard, Functional units — additional checks for withdrawable units
Item No.
6.1.1
Withdrawable units that were supplied subsequently or removed during
commission have been checked for proper condition (dirt, foreign bodies
inside the withdrawable unit, damage, e.g. of isolating contacts).
6.1.2
On return to service, the contacts have been cleaned, dried, and
regreased according to the lubrication chart.
6.2
Withdrawable units were checked for correct allocation in the switchboard
– only subsequently supplied units or units that have been removed
– 100% check of correct allocation based on the documentation.
6.3.1
Mechanical function of withdrawable units positions:
– connected position
– test position
– disconnected position
