5.2 Don the prosthetic glove on the prosthetic hand

INFORMATION
A crucial factor when donning the prosthetic glove is that it is warm during the stretching, don­
ning and adjustment process.
► Work quickly, adhering to the sequence of the instructions provided.

► When using a vice:
Clamp the alignment rod into a vice at optimal working height.
► Set the prosthetic hand to hand position "Neutral position"
(Neutral Mode) and lock the wrist.
► Install the prosthetic hand on the mounting tool.
► When using a convection oven:
Preheat the oven (60 °C).
► INFORMATION: A textile glove is not used with the
AxonSkin Visual.
NOTICE! Do not overstretch the textile glove during the
donning process.
Roll up the textile glove, slide it over the fingers of the prosthet­
ic hand and unroll it over the prosthetic hand.
► Observe the correct positioning:
The cuff of the thumb is positioned in the last thumb groove.
The cuff of the wrist ends at the last groove in the hand shell.
